Delivery and Collection

Collection Conditions
We will collect the skip on the agreed date unless extended. Failure to collect may incur additional charges.
Use of Skip
Permitted and Prohibited Items
Customers must ensure that only non-hazardous waste is disposed of in the skip. Prohibited items include:

Any prohibited items found will result in additional charges.
Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities

Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect the skip on the agreed schedule.
- Provide appropriate skip sizes for the customer's needs.
- Ensure skips are in good condition and fit for purpose.
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Liability
Anerley Skip Hire is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe use and placement of the skip.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
Anerley Skip Hire reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
